Art made by a Florida native with a deep love for the wild, intricate beauty of my home state. From the sweeping grasslands of the Everglades to the crystal-clear springs of Three Sisters Springs and the coastal wonders of the Florida Keys, I spend much of my time traveling across Florida to better understand and document its diverse ecosystems with my film camera and draw inspiration for stained glass.
My work in stained glass is rooted in that exploration. Through glass, I translate fish, birds and fossils into light-filled pieces that shift and glow throughout the day. Through film, I capture Florida’s ecology as it truly feels — textured, layered, and alive.
Education is at the heart of what I do. Every piece is an opportunity to highlight the importance of Florida’s ecosystems, share what I’m learning, and inspire deeper appreciation for the natural communities that surround us. As someone who has been creating stained glass for over a year, I’m continually experimenting, refining my craft, and discovering new ways to honor this landscape.
Florida isn’t just where I live — it’s the foundation of my art. My goal is to celebrate its beauty, encourage stewardship, and help others see the extraordinary details woven into our everyday environment.
